This stand is completely nuts with how many things it can do. instant stealth hypnosis without even being present in the room that works even on the most hardened of fighters like Jotaro AND on multiple people at once, acid that can immobilize, dissolve and kill a person or destroy objects, capable of clear remote speech and vision as the user can basically navigate the prison INVISIBLE (minus stand users seeing) using it as an avatar with quite convenient range, while still capable of picking up and using objects like the gun or physically attacking targets , AND AND can pull discs out of people, which alone is nearly untouchable in itself as it instantly paralyzes the target, disables their stand, and then he even store the god damn discs indefinitely, regardless of what else his stand is doing, and transplant them into other people's bodies at will. white snake at least doesnt have particularly strong melee damage, but it seems to be on par with like sticky fingers or a weak Gold experience in terms of punch force. On top of all of that I dont THINK just any stand can evolve via the DIO bone and the ritual like WS does into C-MOON. But could be wrong like holy shit bro killer queen eat ur heart out
