Usually low level/tier healing magic can't regrow limbs in most fantasy settings, but it should be enough to reattach limbs should it be done quick enough after the injury. As it stands, assuming they get out of this situation, that arm is either going to be long gone and in the belly of an orc, or rotted to hell if they take too long
