I believe this is the correct interpretation of Renkako at this point in the story, because whereas before she didn't necessarily know she loved Mai, but now that she does she is taking advantage of the fact that Mai is in love with her and leading her on.

As I know what I am reading and am going to keep reading anyway, the way Mai is acting is perturbing. Judging by the fact that Renako clearly says no MULTIPLE along with times "I don't want this", Mai just keeps going and going, this is SA, Mai is taking advantage of Renako being timid, and vulnerable. Though Renako is being too half assed in her way of going about this relationship. In my opinion Mai did deserve to be slapped. (please lmk on your guys thoughts on this)
