Honestly, leveling up at 30% is easy. I just waited for the Mystery Box to fail, and took that as a sign to level up.

Level 70 also has a 20+10% of leveling up, but it actually feels like a 1% chance.

And after you reach Level 70, you even have a chance to lose levels if you fail a Level-up attempt.

Considering that Demonio looks like Liam from I became the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire, and that Liam's best friend (at least in the WN) is implied to have feeling for him and once tried to switch his gender and become Liam's maid to pay him back, I think it might actually be a possibility.
