While MC sniping kids is really satisfying, it keeps trying to make you care about plot points and character that have no redeeming qualities.

The writing is genuinely abhorrent - full of plotholes, and stupid conveniences. Around chapter 60 someone gets an in-game contract that has the potential to put them in $100,000s in debt, and he decides to sign it... Instead of logging out... Or declining... MC frequently forgets some of his limited skills, making encounters much harder than necessary. Many of the characters are "evil for no reason". There is an infuriatingly liberal use of "THAT THING" "THEM PEOPLE" (the trash manhwa special).

I read all of this in 4 days, and I'm in love with trash wuxia. This one you can happily avoid, it didn't impress me in any form and has many flaws.

Pros:
Cool worldbuilding however it'll take forever to get the pay off. The biggest staying point is looking forward to him meeting his old students and friends in person (he literally doesn't interact with any of them in 300 chapters).
Overall artwork is decent. Some of the waifus are really great too!

Cons:
The MC being cocky is fun until it's insufferable, he's a literal child that gets all of his followers in danger. He even gets someone killed and the dude's best friend doesn't call him out on his sh*t.
Power-scaling is completely non-existent and it's literally the main selling point of cultivation stories. It's extremely unclear when the MC gets stronger and he literally decimates everyone with zero effort. You're not even rewarded with insane artwork most of the time.
Sets up a bunch of interesting things that we'll never see until chapter 800 - until then its pretty generic but heavily flawed storylines that always get concluded with "MC insult mother then go brr".

6/10, fullblown turn your brain off - fun for a while if you're tired of pussy MCs.

It's trash but its fast paced so not too bad of a read.
MC and characters are fun, hits all the story points you expect it to hit, the game mechanics genuinely add to the story.
