I have a crack pot theory, the mc can use magic.
So we know that black hair can use magic and cant have his magic stolen by the mc, which means he is either using a super advansed spell to stop her or he has a unique type of magic that cant be stollen. And sense black hair is most likely the mc's father his magic could have been past on to her. And No one would have noticed she could use magic because the only one who knows about this unique magic is her father. Or i am completly wrong about this only time will tell.
