I agree with you if she did escape it would’ve been a slap in the face to us the reader but besides that I found it enjoyable the way he got his revenge

I loved this it was amazing the art style was top tier and also I find it crazy that she actually tried using the time they spent climbing the tower together for him to forgive her when she killed him in cold blood 😭
