Reading this series doesn’t give me any sense of danger at all.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this manga but it feels like the author chose a “safe” plot where the protagonist and his friends won’t suffer any real harm let alone die.

All characters has interesting traits.
Even Mom and the Hao sect girl so cunning and smart. LMAO

Her design and personality are a perfect match for the next unhinged girlfriend.
She feels like the type who constantly belittles herself.

The mc is basically building a harem.
The red haired girl is going to regret it again if she doesn’t show up soon.

I want her lore revealed at later chapter, at least after 100+ chapters.
She has interesting characteristic and great design, the best character in this series by far.

Some people point out that it’s “above average,” implying it isn’t that impressive. I disagree this is genuinely great.
Of course, it’s a shounen, so there are similarities to other shounen styles, but the execution is outstanding.
The character designs, setting, and mecha are all well done.
The designs have plenty of detail without feeling overcrowded.

Character → Good
The MC isn’t a typical airheaded, pure-hearted fool.
As I said before, it’s still a shounen, so the MC naturally has a stubborn, heroic personality as a base trait.
That said, there are clear limitations to his freedom, which helps ensure the character development doesn’t feel forced.

Plot → Interesting so far
It’s kind of silly to call this boring when the overall plot (revenge) and the villain (the hero organization) are revealed early on. A story can still be interesting even if the general plot is known, especially when there’s room to explore worldbuilding and politics.
The mecha technology and mecha battles alone are interesting subjects, and on top of that, there’s still plenty of potential for internal conflict, aliens, and further worldbuilding expansion.
