He's surprisingly balanced. From the looks of it this world's skill system is like a giant skill tree with locks between areas on the tree. His personal skill tree has him start and the center of the world's skill tree with no locks but he has to work 2 or 3 times as hard to learn a skill than other people.

  Here's my theory: if you have a class, it's harder to learn skills of other classes. but if you don't have one, it is still harder than learning a skill of your class, but easier than learning a skill of a different class.

Who ever is confused. He has mimic skill. But for some reason its not classified as a skill in this world. Mimic skill dont grand users instant skill just by seeing it you still have to practice it few time or depends since this is manga i guess instant mimic by just seeing the skill and he has instant mastery on it

I feel like the effort beats talent os bullshit in this scenario. Being able to copy skills granted by only gods. It's hacking. And its not even explained how he does it.

  Even in some RPG game we can only get some skill by fulfilling certain conditions, right?..
  
  For example, you need to kill 10 monster or get hit by heavy sword skill for 100 times to get solidity skill..
  
  Basically, you need to learn and work hard..lol..

  He didn't just copy it but he learned it by practice. The point is people thought that skills can only obtained by blessing from the god and the mc prove that is not. I think..

If we take a look objectively, by ignoring Cry empty thought. Cry had performed several objectives,
1. He had hidden the akasha from public eyes by (unintentionally) hyping up the mask as the strongest relic.
2. He had singled out people who knew the worth of Akasha despite it cruising under most people view aka remnant of tower of akasha. After all who would bid near a billion coin for a metal golem. Yes it is high spec but nobody should know that and yet they are willing to spend an equivalent of hundred thousand of dollars or millions of dollars over a (supposedly) unknown doll. I doubt sitry or her sister will miss that.
3. As you've seen in the next chapter, he had raised his reputation with a notable noble family over his supposed scheme by 'giving up' graciously without taking a bid because greg-sama become his subs.
4. Unfortunately I can't use the hide spoiler function so all I can say is that Krai hasn't lied a single bit about the mask.

Anyway, just want to comment. Sorry about the spoiler. Just want to say, the scariest part about Krai is that he is genuinely threatening, but his head is empty and his arm is weak. It's very interesting dissecting how he is not wrong and why people respect/fear him even though we the reader know krai isn't what people think he is
