This is what happened according to me:
the MC reincarnated to one day before the mission start (8 days before the apocalypse). Raviel always experiences the same 10 days over and over again, so she still remembers everything.
The MC is still 99% the butler and only 1% Gong-ja, so everything is glitching. 1% of the time he sees the character windows and whatnot, but 99% of the time he sees what a normal butler sees.
But Raviel is upset bcuz now the MC is 99% butler, and doesn't love her anymore. This pisses her off to the point where she kills him.
The rest of this part is now speculation. I'm guessing that now the MC will go back one more day (9 days before the apocalypse) and will also relive all of Raviel's trauma. Raviel's trauma used to be the King, but I think now her biggest trauma is loving and losing the MC, which I think will allow the butler portion of the MC to learn about the Gong-ja portion of the MC? Which may then bring the immersion rate down..
Also the art is beautiful!

  close, but not exactly. the plan is to slowly rewind the sync rate by reliving the trauma. when it is completely kim gongja then he will deal with the sword. remember, if he directly regressed in perspective of kim, he would be at the tower. since the only way to stay inside the story and go back to before laviel starts the eternity is to regress in butler's perspective. but regressing in butler's perspective, he would lose memories. so she needs to kill him repeatedly and make him relive her trauma so that his sync rate goes down and mc is in control again.

  How you arrived to a sensible speculation from how wrong were your previous statement, is beyond me - it's probably what is going to happen. By reliving her trauma again and again from her point of view may lower the immersion or make him remember. Btw I thought the charcter window will be the key to make him remember it when Laviel made Gonja read the words.

      okay soo its like this [edit post typing - bro this ended up spp big sry]
      this arc we are to make the world get a 'conclusion'
      doesn't matter good or bad
      like explained in the previous arc if mc waited till the master died in a cave he would still clear it
      but there are 2 reasons why we are clearing seriously
      1 the said world becomes their next floor
      2 mc has a heart
      
      anyways in this world the issue is that sylvia [lady of the golden silk or the one who took over heretic guy] kinda seduced the prince who was raviels fiance and love
      raviel heart broken made sacrificed her heart to the sword fragment making her regressor
      then the world is destroyed on 8th day because of the monsters [which is not explained yet in the manhwa ik cause novel but i will skip this] - imp note this whole thing happened 1 day before the regression start point / the story entry point [this is important later]
      so af far as kim goes , he needs to save the world because they want the school to be a new floor and not ravaged land
      and for that he has to kill the cause aka raviel and the other causes
      but he has a heart and because of sword emporers words to his master about him not knowing love to sing about hate he tries to learn love - falls hard for raviel [me too she rizz queen frfr]
      so now to save this whole bs mc finds the one loophole with the whole synchronisation thing
      which is if sync is 99% then the tower cant decide if eh regresses to the day before the whole book scenario
      or go back to day before he joined this world - aka the day raviel gave up her heart and liek started her regression
      and he wished deeply to the tower for raviel to remember him as the reward for finding said issue in regression
      and now he is 99% buttler and 1%kim on day 0 and everytime raviel kills him he goes back in butler pov aka the the book / raviels world
      and the more he sees raviels 'trauma' of killing him [his skill drawback - everytime he dies he sees their trauma] he will rmemeber more about himself becuase the trauma is about himself
      
      its a beautiful arc

Understand your point. I think it's not that she just gave up control of her body easily but rather the demon was able to take advantage of her mistreatment.

Not to mention that she was trying to prove that she's a capable figure, not just a supportive character, hence why she felt the weariness of thinking The Professor was choosing favourites when in reality, he treats his students equally, while he happens to put more attention on others.

That's why the branding woke up her sense of survival, not only because she finally knows that he also cares for her but she also understands that The Professor had experienced what she feared the most.
