Also yeah, a single ray of light in the darkness can help you keep going, to make everything seem worth it, I’m happy that nothing bad happened in the end and Izumi can still think of his friends

Hmmm so-so ending didn't hate it neither liked it a lot but yeah good conclusion maybe. More excited to see Asahi arc.

Just like I mentioned in the last chapter, it finally came to fruition when Izumi confronted Kaede. That moment led to a breakthrough where Kaede told him, 'No matter what you're going through, we're still friends, and I'll always be there for you.' Those words made Izumi realize he couldn't go through with ending his life. Kaede indirectly prevented a lover's suicide, similar to the premise in Boys in the Abyss, where Nagi asks Reiji to commit a 'lover's abyss,' which is essentially a lover's suicide. Konan was trying to get Izumi to do the same thing, and thankfully, it didn’t work out. Now, they’ve finally broken up. I told you, last chapter had some great development! Izumi is finally moving on from that chaotic relationship. If he decides to invest in her again in the future, I hope he's mentally prepared to handle that kind of turmoil. Personally, I hope they never get back together. That kind of stress is too much for anyone. The truth is, until Konan forgives herself, she won't be able to move past the chaos in her life. That's how I see it.
