Kimi Shiruya

Katsuomi and Tsurugi are the much admired, widely-idolized model students of their respective kendo dojos. As their competitive personalities and contrasting fighting styles clash more and more frequently, Katsuomi finds himself irresistibly attracted to the arrogant, graceful Tsurugi. Yet he hesitates to pursue his desires, fearing that doing so would give his foe the upper hand in competition.
Tsurugi also remains torn between reciprocating Katsuomi's feelings and maintaining his prideful position as an evenly-matched opponent.

Soon, however, the two boys find themselves forced to make a choice when they begin to realize that Tsurugi's younger brother has fallen for Katsuomi...
