Nah i mean only one time was shown but at the end of the series the ruler said that, that will be the last time they can use it before it breaks since it alreadu use multiple times

No. The story using time travel once at the end doesn't make it a turn back time webtoon, the whole premise of the webtoon being MC being sent back in time would be.

a nice concept, this no like solo leveling, solo leveling is continues timeline but this is like the same reincarnation theme that going back in the past.
