The Kingdom exploits anyone they can just by promoting them to a Barony. jfc.
I kinda remember what happens in future chapters, but tbh going the pirate route would've been better.
also I dun think i got that far, but MC doesn't seem to ever get proper revenge against his bitch sister. nothing satisfying at least. just some small one-ups.

If I was him I would have told my sister's to get off their lazy asses and find their own riches as an adventurer. And since adventurer's have their own rights and he is able to keep his money he could very well tell them to suck it.

Does anyone else think that the matriarchy here feels shallow? Like, the systemic changes feel like they still benefit men, but for some reason the women are still in control without a valid structure to support the change? Like, why is the dad allowed to have a mistress if the women are in charge? Why are the children of another woman legitimate enough to obtain their own titles? It makes no sense that the MC is allowed to keep his wealth when patriarchical societies – which this is based over – never allowed women to do that in the first place. It feels... so lazy.

Not gonna stop me from reading, tho
