In the novel the dragon didnt bother drawing the fork and it was only the knife that was why they thoght that they were detected

A lot of people may be confused because of the last painel and when I first read I didn't understand it too, but this part of the novel can be of great help to explain:
'“I have this bitter feeling that the God of Death is caressing the back of my head with a sympathetic expression.”
Cage continued to feel that way every time she looked at Cale. The only time she felt this way in the past was when the temple had forced her to do a lot of manual labor in order to build a new temple. She had felt this same feeling when she plopped down from exhaustion and the God of Death was looking down at her with concern.
‘There’s no way young master Cale will order us around like that damn temple.’
Cage decided Taylor was right about her not sleeping properly, and tried to shake the feeling away."
so the G.O.D is sympathetic towards her because of how much Cale will make her work on the future, because she will work a lot as a mediator between Cale and G.O.D, and I think that is the reason why the god made sure that they met

I'm being nitpicky, but honestly now I wonder if the artist of this manhwa actually READ the novel and like it or not. The novel sometimes using symbolism in little actions and cause-and-effect, but there are several that I can see changed as it please in the manhwa even though it's going to also change the meaning. It's seriously making me irritated.

I'm going to be completely honest. Because this is a fantasy world with probably different letters for words. I had no idea that was a Fork and Knife the dragon drew. I thought it might be some draconian writting meaning "here's food"

  That is because she has known Cale. Cale is known to be a busy body in the novel despite having goal of a truant life, so just like the dragon, he will make them work harder. The god of death is sympathetic because he knows this.

        well, i for sure put it there without spoiler tag intentionally. first, it had no direct confrontation with the plot nor it'll play a significant role of it. and if someone wants to stop reading the whole story just because of this stupid shit. i think it is better for them to stop reading all together or join kind of random comment sections. it is freaking irrelevant to the whole story. so dealt with it. so lemme give those who don't want another spoiler. MC met hundreds of human with legs and hands and had bot eyes as well nose to breath
