I think getting reincarnated every time you die isn’t bad by itself but this curse is pretty f*cked up.

Would make more sense to just make the vow of silence the price for her reincarnation and breaking the vow would usher her into another reincarnation far into the future.

The current setting only makes sense if a higher being is monitoring her, but that's a really uninspired plot-line. Putting the blame on the universe is also just a get out of jail free card for any future plot holes.

Honestly, her past is much more exciting than this junior high school story.
