I remember when buff bands got introduced and my ironman team got a bunch of them for free. They were useful in breathing in a dusty environment, but still a little unpleasant. However, now with damn cctv’s providing data that allows for everything from stride length to build to identify someone a hat and facial covering aren’t what they used to be. Seems like a practical enough choice here though. The issue would be more whether or not a closed network cctv or surveillance equipment would have an external upload protocol built in under the right circumstances. So damn hard to stay anonymous, even if you are initially unidentified (the best course of action, preventative v. compensatory us always the way to go) that would stiill allow for a profile to be built and a connection to be made when you return from a life or death situation. So much to pay attention to, and that doesn’t even begin to consider the drawbacks of having facial coverings obstructing breathing when anaerobic movement is considered (the otherwise useless altitude training masks that were just good for training perceived exertion and familiarizing oneself with such a sensation used to be the way to go). I don’t envy modern pmc’s in the slightest. There are ways to cut out surveillance equipment, but they’re typically complicated, expensive and hard to implement without completely foregoing the element of surprise. Proxy wars or in this case fights just became all the more complicated, and the probability of someone dropping polonium 210 on a “normal” day just got exponentially higher. It’s hardly enough to just be paranoid or sleep under your bed. What a mess.

There is no such thing as "rightful claim" towards treasure that's been lost. Or if there was, it would be the Li clan's descendant, not the Baek (although they've been mistreated and oppressed). MC had plenty of reason to believe the yellow headband guy was "evil". The man was camping the MC in the middle of night trying to attack him when he was asleep, didn't try to negotiate, just said "you're gonna die today", surrounded MC and got clapped. If you want to talk about "rightful claim" the guy's life was MC's the moment he got done in. Also, the yellow headbands aren't exactly good guys either, the man chose not to spill and killed himself.
