re reading it but this school terrorist arc still hard to watch. From beginning to end all the odds were against DC. There asses were completely beaten by some unknown guy. I know its essential for every manhwa to have an arc like that so character can grow but this is purely massacre. Students are getting killed and the thing that most pisses me of is that the person who did all of this is getting away without paying what he did and also taking elijah . I liked these characters, and the shock value bullshit of killing them off at the hands of stupidly OP villains with paper-thin motivations is transparent, predictable, and a waste of all the effort setting them up to be liked by the audience. This has reached the point of "darkness induced reader apathy" for me, the author overdid it with the death and grim shit and I've checked out of caring because it's pointless. Why care about anyone if they're just going to be unceremoniously killed off and it's not even a surprise? This is Game of Thrones / Walking Dead levels of just going numb to it because the death card is being way overused.

I just realised I haven't read a single word of this story for like 3-4 chapters.
I still don't understand the need to make the douche bag more hated, story-wise, as every fucking body already hates him to the max.

Friends and close people to the MC are seemingly dying (I'm not sure, just saw the pretty pictures, they might just be "hurt" with a fucking spike through their hearts).

And the fucking dumbass comes over, slowly, taking his fucking time, showing how awesome and badass he is, while he could have probably saved at least one person if he hurried a tiny bit more.
This was the dumbest entrance of a MC I've seen in a while, and completely out of character too. He should have entered the scene almost flying, punching the douchebag out of nowhere.

But nooooo, he had to wait for every friend he has to die or get real close to dying, then almost let the bad guy fucking leave nonchalantly... all that to show himself like a model on the runway, with the most cliched purple/black aura around him.

This arc should have been awesome, I actually hate it now.
