Dawg, I've seen these situations IRL. At least amongst dudes we won't tip toe when you're doing stupid shit. If the girl is bad for you and you're spreading cheeks for a hoe that cheated on you. As your friends, our job is to pull you out of the muck. No one NEEDS to suffer like this.

Supporting your friends through very bad choices isn't always a good thing at all. And this isn't even a matter of "you still have feelings for an ex". This girl dumped him for someone else for superficial reasons and coming back for the same. That's a hoe. So, no, I don't sympathize. I've never tolerated hoe. Even at my most pathetic, I have my dignity to maintain.

Letting bro go through with this is the same as seeing your kid touch a hot stove, they're burnt. It hurt and they hated it, then you watch him slowly put his hand back on the stove and saying "Y'know? No matter what happens. I'll be there to support you and pick you back up" Bro. Get their hand AWAY from the stove and tell them don't touch it. Anything else is just stupid and bordering in actively malicious.

Man instead of rizzing up some cute VA girl it would have been cooler if this went down a Denpa route and he was incredibly depressed in the head after realising he wasted most of his life being in idol bitch's shadow and ending up wanting to make others as miserable as him and this eventually resulting in like some kind of massacre where some girl has a mental breakdown and stabs a load of people including MC and them gets gunned down by the police. I think that would be an interesting story.
