Now that i think about it...feels like Nami have been using haki since few hundred chapters ago....hahahaha luffy always get a bruised head when nami hit him.
the first mention of haki in the series comes from blackbeard in Jaya observing luffy's strenght, its very likely oda had it planned out since then at the very least
