At least here it explains clearly WHY they are slaves, it just didnt make much sense in the anime. Also it seems to be diverging further and further, but at least he has a guy in his party now

because what can be stronger than a monster than can revive other dead monster, summon all strong monster, predict movement, laser blazing and evolving all the time ?
dont give me that monster universe, monster god or an alien monster crap, or worse a monster that time travel,
this is by far 'the most absurd strong but make sense' monster.

Ends at the point of them leaving the Capital, but the queen doesn't come with them (just the princess and a maid the MC may have slept with)

What happened to heading off the abduction team, who else knew about the potential use of the girl as an unlocking device for a weapon, and finally why would someone who had dropped out of sight while suppousedly supporting you, show up at a location you had to devise very carefully, univited offering to help? It's like the writer decided all right this disciple is named Judas so let's just lob this one right over plate. Forget about the fact that they're supposed to be a secretive pseudo-government affiliated hit squad, let's completely remove all subtely here.
Seriously, though, firing at a potentially armed chemical weapon or explosive device? That's pure desperation, frustration + an all to imminent death threat. About the only good thing you can say about a chemical weapon is that to a certain extent, and even this varies based on the payload, if you have control over one, you determine the location the devastation is released. That's about it, if you can call that a good thing. Everything else is a huge mess.
DocDoguuIt's evident this author conducts research on one thing and one thing only. Unfortunately that is to the detriment of everything else in the story.
