What truly amazing about this manga is, if you're reading this for the first time with a few panels deleted and most of the Cid's monologues, it turs into a very interesting and engaging mature tone story. Because the core of the plotline is the same but there is one anomaly who have an entirely wrong context of everything that happening that makes this into what it is now.
Also the fact that his bullshits turn out to be true because the plotline are very generic and overused before and truly what a chunibyou would dream of but the author gives it a new approach and execution which what makes anything new and original.
