Motoyasu wears insanity well. He's certainly smarter just because he doesn't listen to anyone with a decent rack anymore. Filo is really cute so I can't blame him for being healed by her singing but personal space please. That's one hero "saved", now for the other two, goody....
For anyone who wonder why Motoyatsu becomes like that. It's one of the curse series, the one that made Naofumi can't taste food, but for him it making him can't see women as a human. Source from web novel I read long time ago. LN being a lot different from WN so this also might changed. I stop buying LN after volume 9 so I don't know.
First half of the chapter i didnt feel bad at all, second half i was laughing my ass off Motoyasu went from depressed to full Uooohhhhhhh T o T in like 4 seconds
This is funny, but also sad. Due to a combination of Bitch, Filo's charm song magic, and the Curse series, Motoyasu's brain has been destroyed. When he called Raphtalia a tanuki pig, he meant it literally. He sees ALL women who are not filolial queens as literal bipedal pigs. Pig face, pig snout, curly tail, and he can only hear them speak in pig grunts and oinks. He does eventually get a little better, he starts seeing women with close relationships with Filo as they really look and he can hear them speak. The best examples are once he finds out Raphtalia is Filo's big sister, he sees her as Raphtalia. And the other one is the woman he considers Filo's fiancee, Melty.
Motoyasu is seriously mentally broken. I mean what was his life before he was summoned? I'm betting many guys hated him for flirting with their sisters or girlfriends.
Well I’m guessing it has to do with his whole reason for being the spear hero his problem with women is why he’s in that position in the first place and bitch/slut didn’t help manipulating the poor guy and then throwing him aside once he became useless to her and now she’s got ren in her claws. Of course it won’t last and I’m not sure what happens to her but it’s obvious she’s gonna be a villain for a long time but I’m gonna say through her misdeeds the four heros will finally come together and be much stronger

He's a pushover with good looks before he was summoned and inflated by ego when he becomes a hero. His personality actually isn't so bad as you will see soon.
Spoiler for what happen to her: She will be executed but it's so underwhelming in WN and yes, it will be a loooong time before it happens.
tbh an underwhelming and unceremonious execution is exactly what Bitch deserves. i feel like i'd kinda be okay with it just being a foot note scene in the show and everyone just moves on like it doesn't matter, because it really doesn't.
