Is this MC mentally ill? He has mood swings like he's going through some menopause sh1t. I feel embarrassed for this author. Do you want us to root for your protagonist, or do you want us despise and pity him? Which is it.
I dislike this sh|t so much right now, especially since this had potential to be decent. Now it's below average, because MC turned into a suicidal b|tch because he saw his crush leave with the guy he planned to murder..?
Yeah okey commit a suicide, but at the very least murder the bully first, and maybe even the girl before you off yourself. That's how anyone with balls would do it.

I’ll have to check out Eraser if I get the chance. Thanks for the rec. As for Brosnan loved him in Goldeneye, not so much for the rest of his canon, maybe due to factors completely outside his control. He definetly proved he could handle the lore physical aspects of the role, even older in “the November Man” which I caught on a plane and had a spy thriller angle, he was compelling enough to make put down my work and take notice. The guy definitely has chops, maybe the writers and series didn’t really give him his due as bond.

Personally, maybe it’s just a taste/timing of exposure thing, I really enjoyed Craig in his first three. Given that a Bond movie is in many ways a genre of its’ own, he was appealing to me. Though I loathed his final appearance. What the hell was that? Couldn’t agree more on Moore. One bond actor I did really like and feel gets constantly underrated was Dalton. He had more of ruthless feel to him, while still retaining much of the charm, suave demeanor. License to Kill struck me as obviously inferior of his two movies, but seeing The Loving Daylights as a kid was entertaining.

The Hollywood angle you mentioned here was definitely outside my consideration. I knew that the Walther PPK was almost misogonisticly coined even marketed as a lady’s gun at a certain point. However, I thought it made a lot of sense for a spy due to its size and ease of concealment. After all what’s the point of carrying around a .45 if it’s bound to get you made and isn’t a last resort? After all most spy’s are there for that:spying. There’s typically a difference between the soy and assassin, though it’s easy to see how the line gets blurred. I had no idea it was considered a sniper’s handgun. I guess this would speak to accuracy over longer ranges. Fascinating. Having never fired one myself, and having a relationship with firearms that was more need based and conflicted than most of those I trained with, I’ve tended to steer clear of ranges in recent years. However, with everything geopolitically happening, it might be time to polish such a perishable skill as much as I don’t plan to carry and hope to never need to utilize it.

All in all interesting and enlightening. Thanks for hitting me back on this, I learned a couple of things.

Yooo what the F was that plot development? MC's bully appears out of NOWHERE, and acts like he has been watching them fight this boss since the beginning, and knows MC is down there somewhere? I was sure MC was just having a dream in a dream type situation.
I just lost all and every amount of likability towards this author for this 3rd rate villain development.
Also why is Arisu still humoring this dude? What does the past matter, she could easily just kill him, no? For all they know, the world has ended, and the past connections shouldn't matter sh1t, like how strong or influental someones family was in the normal reality.
Also MC was prepared to kill this guy, but now his mentality is totally collapsing and acting like some b1tch..? So does he have balls or doesn't he?
This development should only make him want to kill the bully twice as much than before, and maybe the girl among him too.
