Petter AlexI doubt one half mouthful that they spat out would cause them harm.
Plus, not many of the micro-organisms would survive a sudden flash freezing. Their cells would definitely rupture. Even cold resistant bacteria would need to gradually decrease the temperature in order to avoid the liquid in them expanding and destroying the cell walls.
