Luffy can transform for little time without consequences as seen with the recent fight with kaido and the training, however if he uses it for too long it still affects him temporarily just like gear 3 used to until he mastered it.

Until he can use it as freely and for as long as he wants to i wouldn't say he fully mastered it but he's getting there.

well he did come out of gear 5 for a second and immediately went back into it after a second but maybe it was adrenaline. I wonder how long hes going to be passed out for after he beats kaido

Chopper ate the human2 fruit. He had three forms (normally). And Sengoku never had the chance to reveal the full extent of his powers.



From what i understand of the Mythical Variant, is that it simply a combination of several Devil fruit types. The best example of this is Marco's Phoenix. It gave him the animal Phoenix bird form as well as a Logia like ability similar but more powerful than Ace's Mera2 no mi. Kaido's dragon is a combination of Animal Dragon, with Paramecia like abilities of manipulating fire clouds. Paramecia because Kaido never displayed the ability to transform his physical body into the elements.



But then again, NIka is a decidedly unique DF. So maybe it follows a different rule. Cartoon rule.

Is that confirmed to be true or is that just a speculation? Either way, I dunno how can die from the backlash now since he literally died and came back to life due to his awakened powers...🤷🏽‍♂️

da problem is luffy right now is equal with kaido.......and i dont see them fighting for more then 1 days at most.....

ps : even when luffy fighting equally with katakuri its not days just hours.....
