It's because it was defeated in close range therefore has to have some way to get past the poison plus he is a low ranking adventurer and where's a mask he never takes off he is super sketchy what would really be funny us if he was tested before he be evolved so he gets away because he isn't a vampire yet wasted potential!!

Maybe because of the “scent” u know cus Lento drinks blood regularly..or perhaps only vampire and “undead”being is known to be immune to poison

Most adventurers that DARE traverse that damn hellhole either use Fantasy esque Hazmat armor or charms specifically suited to nulify airborne and liquid toxins from that region, that and a truckload of best possible Antidotes they could afford in Bulk that can still treat poisoning from the region....
So my best guess is... she either CANNOT equip neither option, or she has a hidden demerit from a skill, blessing or even curse that AMPLYFIES the effects and power of Toxins that comes into contact with her, to the point the Tarrasque region is basically impossible to her (or the "Protections" she has likely impede poisoning effect by always putting her into deep sleep whenever she gets poisoned)
