I don't know, many of these rom-coms I've encountered usually have four girls eventually with really only two getting to compete hard for the guy. Usually one of them is the childhood friend... and well we know how she usually turns out or the author cheeses out and makes an ending for each girl (which isn't bad, but I prefer finality). Though I prefer Asahi, this girl is still far better than Mona imho, she's far more interesting and would make a better story.

I don't think this qualifies as a harem manga, in that the guy is actively avoiding the girls..
