It wasn't mentioned before but the fact that Nobara woke up just 30 minutes before the end is kinda crazy because, if you go back and read the entire battle in one go (you should, it's amazing how good it flows) you'll notice that the entire thing lasted less than 1 hour (damn probably around 20\\30 minutes) so she probably woke up when everything started.
If Gojo started the battle an hour later she would have been able to offer support from the start with complete safety.... may be. While it is true that gojo+Nobara would absolutely defeat Sukuna not completely reincarnated being attacked like that would probably force him to reincarnate while still fighting Gojo (and while he still has the 10 shadows) making the whole situation a whole lot messier. It's also worth mentioning that i have no idea how Mahoraga would interact with Nobara's technique, best case scenario nothing happen since it's not the target, worst case scenario it finds a way to adapt and counter attack.
TLDR: if Gojo had to take a shit and was forced to start the battle an hour later the entire battle would have been completely different.
What's interesting about it is I think I agree it would have been completely different but... still have no idea if it would've played out as a win for the good guys or a loss lol. I think that makes it a pretty cool fight overall.

Hard disagree with your throwaway comment, that the Sukuna fight had good flow. Every other chapter started with a flashback shoved in to explain "the plan" or justify some type of bullshit Sukuna was doing, sometimes taking more than half the chapter.I agree with the speculation though, it would've probably gone way better in their favor if the fight started an hour later, with Nobara and the foreign reinforcements.
i think that jjk will be the prequel for mha, like now that the world knows about jujutsu, the quirks are part of the cursed techniques passed on by blood and it becoming stronger an so on. and now curses become complete human with their identity exposed or like demi humans.
A certain thing I think people kinda realized now is that Gege used his characters to do his funni cursed battle with. Like seriously, his characters have very little in term of depth and personality. It is almost like Gege can't write a proper emotional story.
He wants to be Togashi so bad. He wants to just right a shit ton of exposition about the details of the magic system and have it be interesting but it just isn’t.
It's frustrating how much potential was wasted with this rushed ending we haven't done anything with the collection of cursed spirits Kenjaku collected also we haven't explored any clan besides the zenin clan we had many things to cover extremely rushed and on another note HOW THE HELL IS HIGURUMA STILL ALIVE
Dogshit chapter, dogshit ending. Had potential if they mad the battle better, would have liked to see itadori using Sakura cursed techniques against him rather than some cheap trick with the 20th finger. Als9 since the 20th finger is still there and hasn’t been consumed yet, someone could technically still revive Sakuna which is what I’m hoping for.
