        The information he get from the book of truth is limited to the amount of stigma he has, and so getting info about someone's past would definitely be hard especially if it's a character he doesn't know anything about

              In the later parts of the story his past (the character) will be reveald and it's integral to the story so in a way the book of truth needs more stigma power (probably 6 or 7)
