Also there's other people that can look down on him from other worlds. His goal of getting stronger and not getting looked down upon had very much not been completed.
Manga MangoFYI your own saliva does have a mild antibacterial effect, but it isn't suitable for treating other people's wounds. Not only is the bacteria in a human mouth extremely dangerous, you should never expose yourself to someone else's blood. Licking your own wounds in fine, which is why you may find you instinctually put your finger in your mouth after a papercut or a pinprick, but cleaning your wound properly with soap and water is better.
