      o so it IS nothing. 6 per 2 secs is just 3 per sec at that point. which is literally 1% of the 1% of the regen rate.

Okay short analysis time:

Fenrir fur coat's Grace of Swiftness uses 6 mp in 2 seconds.
His mp regen is 1% per second. His total mp is roughly 30k, so he regens 300 mp per second.

MC: Grace of Swiftness used 6mp in 2 seconds, since my regen is 1%, I should be careful of using this skill.
ME: why? if it only drains 6mp in 2 seconds, that's 3mp per second, and you regen 300mp, so you're technically never going to run out of mp, from abusing that skill...

Conclusion: Was it a typo? maybe he meant to say the skill uses 600mp in 2 seconds, which would mean he regen would be negated by constant use.... but would also mean that if he starts with max mp, it wouldn't deplete either.

So either there's a translation error or either MC or author are dumb. Because it is then repeated that MP regenerates at 1% mp/s aaand then his total mp is shown at 30500.
Now there's possibilities used in games, either the mp regeneration is unconditional and he could used 100 swiftness ex simultaneously and his regeneration would still cover, or using ability stops regen where he could still use it for almost 1,5 hours straight, would've about half of his mp left and needing little over 50 seconds to refill entirely.
