            Also fell down the stairs does not indicate he ended up at the bottom.
            If he tripped and tried to grab the banister but instead his arm went between balusters, the force could break it, and the jerk back from the stop slams his head into the step, with all momentum gone and his arm caught he would still be near the top.
            The sisters aren't the only suspects either, there is the aunt that comes over, and we don't know what happened to the parents.
