  Indeed, dangerous but smart. Most people wouldn't think to attack the targets mp, but in doing so you can obviously impede their ability to heal n use special skills. And in some games draining the enemies mp to 0 is a way to incapacitate them, like star ocean for example, I died a lot in star ocean till the end of time on ps2 due to enemies attacking my characters mp...

    I blame games where monsters have infinite mana for most people not thinking of trying this tactic...

      yeah screw inf mana. on the other side it's a way to recover our own, altho those mp driain /sap spells are usually so weak it would be better to use an item

        Just play Pokemon then... Even wild pokemons lose SP, and when they do, they just continue to pointlessly... well... "struggle".

    Like FF7, Mindblow stays useful the whole game long, while Barret's other abilities are beautiful but useless.

I usually have no problems with OP MC's, but those mangas at least have something MORE. The book is too convenient, and that's all there is to this manga. Shame.

Game logic.

The materials are a piece of a normal sized shield and another item the size of a fist and the thing forget with that is a giant mechanical bear.
