No thats different matter, its something called patent, copyright is a right you have for something and you can sue people if they violate it with plagiarism (for example nintendo has the rights for pokemon and they closing down the parties who made games similar to pokemon by suing them with copyright) but patent is something to do with license (like for example nintendo got a hold of pokemon patents and someone made a toy of pokemon and selling them without paying royalty to nintendo, nintendo has the right to demand them money or close their operation entirely by suing patent against them)
