I feel like this is the one character when he could have had that honest conversation and he would have took the contract anyways. But I do got to keep in mind that he was in hell for 10,000 years. 😭

Minako792Either that or some internal conflict within one or both sides caused one or both sides to betray one another, or a third party thought up a plan to make the both fight so that the third party can take over easily after both of them weakened each other enough.
