To your first point, the amount of people who make unhealthy actions to a terrible situation is still a great amount of people. So to not acknowledge that is to not genuinely understand certain situations and how people react. Yes, in an ideal world people would do the healthy actions and seek help, but this isn't an ideal world and you are expecting a lot from a teenager. Yes, she has some mature personality, but she still very young. Just because she's in a position of nobility doesn't render her immune to such actions.

To your second point, of course she acted out of desperation and it's already been stated by her that she checked everywhere that she could possibly can. And why would she go and look for The barbarians, who by the way would always hide their location. And we're talking about the MC here who wanted to stay hidden, so how would she find him if he's so good at hiding himself. So for her to find him needs to be an act of God, cuz she even used a demon's power, who what stated to be able to find the soul of either the living or the dead, and that demon failed. And let's say she did found the barbarians and the barbarian heir, what makes you think that would end well for either. Remember, she was captured by them and, in her mind, her being captured was a major reason for the supposed death of the MC. As for the death of the master, it sucked, but remember the spell that they were creating was new to them so they could not gauge the consequences of such actions. And it could have worked, it's just that the person that they wanted to use was alive, which they did not know. I am under the assumption that if she had used somebody who was actually dead that spell would have probably worked and the only repercussions was lack of mana that she'll probably need to rest for a couple of days for. But we won't get that answer and we will have to just move on from that.

And to your last point, yes, not everyone takes a dark turn when something like this happens, but remember you said not everyone, that means other people still take a dark turn. In this case it's her. She's just so happen to be the one that took the dark turn this time and every actions and decisions that she made made sense because I understand that she did it out of desperation and unresolved closure. We can say that she made a stupid decision in making the spell or signing a contract to a demon, but I can't sit idly by saying that she's evil, stupid, or any other negative label. Because let's say this happened to the MC, would we be up in arms and calling him all kinds of names that we called her.

Pretty easy... Basically the evil organization was revealed to be NPC's that gained some code meant for players/admin. King Arthur, who is receiving funds from the company is fucking the NPC with a hidden or elite character as an attempt to rule the game (which also shows the company is actually trying to control the game like they said they wouldn't). Because some guilds were operated by real people and wouldn't give up he assassinated them in real life. King Arthur attempted to find a reason to clash with MC since the time he caused the Emperor guild ("blood alliance") to be embarrassed.
Is there really anything else that needs to be explained?
