The prayer is old english. This is my best shot at it:

I live to suffer every noble, (whose) flesh then began to stiffen, the body growing cold, having fallen seeking the sunlit surface in order to beg the blossoms, in order to learn of joy, (these) men died.

Notes:
I'm not actually sure what that first letter is. I made the assumption that it's an "I", as in first-person pronoun, but I don't recognize it...

It could also be "I live to mourn every noble..." but the direct translation uses "to suffer; to afflict" and I wanted to stay a bit faithful to that.
I did consider that maybe it could be "I live to make every noble suffer", but that didn't make much sense since "Lament of God" implies god is grieving. Mirroring that grief feels more in tune.

Fæstlice directly translates to "fastlike", which means "firm; steadfast; resolute" or "steadily; constantly; at a fixed pace". Because the next clause seems to talk about a cooling body, I went with "to stiffen"

"hreaw" could be the verb "hreowan" meaning "to repent; to regret" or the adjective "hreaw" meaning "raw". Neither made sense because the next word "colian" is "to cool; to grow cold"; "to grow cold raw" makes no sense, and best I got for the v is "growing cold [while they] repented". But "hreáw" means body, which I thought fit better because it's a noun. This decision does inform the previous clause, so if I'm off here, then that previous clause may also be a bit off.

"sunlit" isn't direct translation. It's actually "shining, sparkling, dazzling". I thought because these were vampires and die in sunlight, this is more direct. It's inconsistent with my other choices since I decided to stray from direct translation, but I kind of like how it sounds so... sue me, I guess.

"Blossoms" is something I chose, but the word also means "harvests; branches; fruits; foliage". I went with blossoms bc I feel like if the Shinto shrine evokes Japan, there's nothing more iconic than cherry blossoms lol
My interpretation could be wrong and the prayer is meant to evoke more of an agricultural feeling (desiring a good harvest, perhaps of grain, which make up the tortilla that may cure their sunlight aversion).

Another way to phrase this part was "seeking the sunlight surface [and] the blossoms that have fallen in order to beg". I wasn't sure which subject was linked to "have fallen"; I ultimately decided it was the dead nobles who "have fallen" and "to beg" is tied to blossoms. Grammatically, "blossoms" could be nominative (subject) or accusative (direct object) [it could also be genitive but that makes no sense in this case]. I just had to choose one that I thought made the most sense.

I think "to beg" can also be changed to "to pray" to fit the religious connotations, but direct translation has it as "to beg", so I decided to keep it like that.

So the future god loves hoe, huh?
