  Even in real life wild pigs reproduce at such absurd rates they are considered an invasive species. Game wardens hunt them helicopters, machine guns, and even explosives. Still damn thing things can’t be culled.

Its a good read until the academy arc (chapter 55-ish) which is pretty much stalling, its a bunch of pointless side quests and such, the plot was moving well until that, the reader gets very invested on the blue moon salvation organization and the lab, when we get a very important clue, the author pretty much blocks the plot behind the academy side quest arc, with annoying characters and pointless artificial struggles. Better wait until the annoying arc is done, because the plot itself is good.

True but unrealistic in expectation because expecting one kid to remember another by physical appearance, especially after they change so much (height, breasts, hair length/style, etc), and voice timber (notice how he somewhat remembers what she sounds like and her pitch should change from a child to a teen) that he'd remember her instantly. I look lot different now than when I was a teen, and even when I was a kid I looked different from when I became a teen, it shouldn't be too unexpected for someone to forget you from just a single chance encounter without exchanging some form of contact info and staying communication (Like why not other parties? This would have reinforced his memory.).
