  Me too, those are my favorite arcs, racist Arthur is the best kind of Arthur, not to mention Regis and the relictombs. And Caera and Serris. Man am i excited to see Caera and Serris. It won't be before a year or two but man is it going to be great.

      yeah Arthur gets stuck in Alacrya after losing the war and he's pretty bitter about it lol. He's not really racist, more like extremely guarded but Regis calls him racist and it sticks because everything that comes out of Regis is absolutely golden.

The parents are making an idiotic choice. Their contributions will be minimal at best. They are the emotional pillar of the army's pillar, if they die he will have a mental break. But of course, these free will platitudes are more important and they don't consider the consequences of their overly emotional desicion. Sylvie is saying that Arthur wants to keep them on an island, yes, sometimes staying put and avoiding stupid decisions and avoidable tragedies is the very best thing you can do.

I already complain about it and i'm sorry, i know a lot of you don't care but the fact they changed the artist really broke something in my way of enjoying this manhwa. The story is of course still outstanding and enjoyable but i feel like i'm enjoying it from afar. Like it's not really the sames characters i saw growing until now. And i'm sure i'm gonna feel it even more when some characters will die.

    I read Trinity Seven, I think I have the gist of what filler is just based on that.
    THIS crap has been boring filler since way before the last hiatus and the art change.
    Look at it like this, Trinity Seven is wrapping up after all these years, and How floundering-in-place is this one?
    This is as badly written as Mushoku Tensei currently is, what with Rudeus traipsing off to find his lost mom a continent away from his very pregnant elf-waifu he was separated from for years because of the same shitty father he's now racing to back-up.
    Now I don't think it's complete garbage like "I was trash" is, but it's not good, dude.

      Bro, chill. I just asked you for the definition of filler… but since you seem a little confused,
      Filler is the extra shit the manga adds because they’re too close to catching up with the source material, yk, to avoid taking a break while waiting for the novel to progress. What you see here is the exact pacing the novel has. No filler, just pacing. These last few chapters are a bridge between the previous arc and the war arc (which is intense as fuck) calm before the storm if you will. You probably hate on such writing styles since it’s just not for you. But that’s alright, we all have our different tastes. Not all novels/manga/anime are gonna be to your standards. Some people like shit like this and Mushoku, some don’t.
      
      We’re all entitled to our opinions, but the author’s doing his best to give us this story…so take that mop out of your ass and enjoy the story mate. Respectfully of course :)
