    I find it hard to judge someone based on their family. If the kid kills his dad or take over the throne with the interest to help spirits, then maybe he deserves forgiveness. The dad don't tho cause he's just a slimy bastard

      So everything from the past should be forgiven because the kid looks decent on the head and has decense much contrary to his predecessors? One good generation can't fix generations of scum. Or maybe when he becomes the king he will demolish the castle and move the whole city to another place and restore what was there before? I guess that is a good start.

        I get that the family did a lot of shit and deserve to burn in hell. But you really can't judge one person for their family's mistakes. Maybe as you said if they demolish the castle and set up a democratic government instead then that'll be great but highly doubt it'll happen. One good generation can make more good generations. If it can't then I'm sure all the spirits won't let them even see them

Reading the whole thing from chapter 1-12 just piss me off. Why the fuck do they need to have royals as rulers even if they're garbage? If democracy is impossible then please bring in communism and have all of them die already. No need for playing with bs like honor and rep, death solves all problems.

On one hand the prince seems ok. On the other, if he becomes the love interest the father is a scheming scummy son of a bitch. So .... Conclusion? Kill'em. The father doesn't need to live and the mains father can judge the boy with his own eyes. Then say it was the goddesses divine intervention for pure corruption after you have killed the father. HEYO PROBLEM SOLVED! Now Everybody is happy!

Poor sweetie, he did nothing wrong poor sweetie. Did nothing wrong, but he has to pay for his ancestors crimes. Given that his father has no remorse at all, and that he finally seems to have some kind of remorse towards the spirits, it means the clock has just started (it's been hundreds of years, which means they should at least feel guilty for equivalent hundreds of years). That's the extremely sad part. Is that even if the royal family truly feels bad, they should at least feel that remorse for a subsequent amount of time, which means their clock just started just now
