User-4133159469I like Elden Ring as much as I like Dark Souls. Fromsoft never fails.
However today I stopped because constant death and decay is kinda tiring. I wish we have more cool and fun open world games that look a bit more like this. Chill it out with all the death and decay shit bruh. Something like Breath of the wild for example, but more cool and stylish and adultish.
I suddenly remember that goofy "President of the United State of America" game Fromsoft made before. Wish they make a game like that, but with their dark souls dna in it. Make it a fun and goofy game.
Maybe I will play Armored Core at some point too. At least there will be less of the death and decay theme when there are only mechanical stuff around.
Edit: No I didn't stop playing Elden Ring. I just call it quit for the day. Was farming the golems for a bow but still no drop after 3 hours, peak game design fr fr.

DammitCarlNot all spears are designed for throwing. Pikes and lances are spear designed for thrusting and to fend off cavalry so they're very long and a lot heavier whereas the spear designed specifically for throwing is called javelin with shorter length and light in weight. Technically you can still throw a pike, you just won't get a lot of distance out of that throw while also risk losing your weapon.
