  I had an easy prof in the last semester. Gave me so much anxiety. All the assignments were something middle schoolers could do. I spent so much time trying to present it all perfectly bc stress that the proff gave me the grades without even checking the requirements. I'm glad i did well but the stress of knowing you're putting in more than expected but you raised the bar yourself... It sucks.

    you did good, i fucked up i don't know how many times. the anxiety sure is bad but not as bad as rn, where i know the consequences of fucked up on my back and shoulder. responsibility is hard

      Beet of luck, tho fam. Take it easy when you can and take the time to feel/talk about/write your feelings when things get hard. Even just "it feel like I swallowed a bunch of rocks today" is helpful bc ignoring these feelings will F ya up and lead to random emotional breaks :')

        writing things on the internet is far easier than going to therapist or talk to one. if you had been to one which i have, it makes me felt vulnerable. so never been to one there after.

        Mood. Therapy/counseling is awkward bc you think about how they might judge ou in their free time. We all got goldfish brian online tho, so there's less stress here.
        
        Tbh, I find my psychologist to be a bit more trustworthy than any therapist I've had. Maybe it's bc she prescribes and changes my medications based off of my input, instead of some conspiracy level interpretation of me.
