It wasn't mentioned before but the fact that Nobara woke up just 30 minutes before the end is kinda crazy because, if you go back and read the entire battle in one go (you should, it's amazing how good it flows) you'll notice that the entire thing lasted less than 1 hour (damn probably around 20\\30 minutes) so she probably woke up when everything started.

If Gojo started the battle an hour later she would have been able to offer support from the start with complete safety.... may be.
While it is true that gojo+Nobara would absolutely defeat Sukuna not completely reincarnated being attacked like that would probably force him to reincarnate while still fighting Gojo (and while he still has the 10 shadows) making the whole situation a whole lot messier.
It's also worth mentioning that i have no idea how Mahoraga would interact with Nobara's technique, best case scenario nothing happen since it's not the target, worst case scenario it finds a way to adapt and counter attack.

TLDR: if Gojo had to take a shit and was forced to start the battle an hour later the entire battle would have been completely different.
