Yeah Millaira was Marquess Rosan's consort (she had no title of her own, I suppose she is of noble blood, but who knows) and effectively the marchioness until Artezia were of age. Lawrence is her son with the emperor and Artezia is her daughter with the Marquess and was Heir-apparent of Rosan. When Artezia got married to Cedric she became the Grand Duchess of Ebron and Marchioness Rosan, inheriting her title officially, so Millaira became Lady Rosan, or Madam Rosan. Formally she would be Dowager Marchioness Rosan or Marchioness Rosan Emeritus.
