i just felt that reaper is way too unlucky for such a good group of scanlations. i like most of the series they picked and then the series will get into trouble one way or another. such as, the studio that did the manwha pull out, the author and studio has conflict, or simply hiatus. welp it looks like they're curse lol

That money is no longer in the country, and he's probably sent them all to his home so he can resell it all at a colossal mark-up.
Honetly, I'd do the exact same thing, and also play it all off as an elaborate scheme, and if the Sultan calls my BS and asks for the money back, I'd say it's compensation for his disrespect.
