The grammar is atrocious, and most definitely translated wrong in many places. Without adequate context it's impossible to properly figure out some panels. For example "Is this the workshop owner who only has 15 people in the country." is decipherable. Clearly, it should read something along the lines of "This is one of only 15 workshop owners in the country." Whereas, there is a part that reads as follows: "Because I haven't dated him yet, and even if I'm dating him, I can't tell you from the correspondence." This is completely nonsensical garbage and no meaning can be derived from it.
I mean given the Angels are stronger than the gods of destruction wouldn't that mean that whatever technique that Vegeta learns still make him weaker than Goku
