It's not great, it's not good, it's not necessarily bad; it's mediocre.
Like any other isekai / fantasy, things start to take a nosedive at 30~ chapters. The author starts to drag things out and things get so stupid that I just can't tolerate the amount of balderdash happened, so I just dropped it.
Only read it if you really got nothing to read, and can handle absurd amounts of stupidity.

Sometimes even the best of stories take a nosedive when they introduce harem out of the blue, especially when MC and FMC has been established to have some sort of mutual feelings.
The way I see it, there's a high possibility that the harem is there because author wanted to make some sort of triangle or rivals, but ended up dragging it too long and hence the tag. This is usually not a good sign, based on my experience with romances.
