Sadly it seems like the Empire is evil for the sake of being evil, which can be fine as there are plenty of real ideologies that you could boil down to being evil for evils sake against anyone deemed 'enemy' so it'll depend on the 2 other factions who'll hopefully be more nuanced than the Empire seems to be.

Ah well I had hoped this would maybe explore the ideologies of the factions but I don't think thats the route it'll go by the end paragraph.

I love how Rudy makes these stereotypical fantasy weapons but there is always some kind of flaw with it and then she (sometimes with help) manages to work it into something that seems plausable.

So... the first fairy in the 'other' world did not have dark sclera but the 2nd one did, and now the Elder is shown to have it too.
