At first i thought this was a self-insert mangaka notes announcement about this manga bring turned into an anime.Then I thought this was the manager's past (because they kinda look similar). I completely forgot this older lady existed 😆

Fuck Riftan. He better not be forgiven that easily for the way he treated Maxi. I want Maxi to lead him by the balls for at least 50 chapters.
I can't wait for him to find out how her family really treated her. I want to see him realize how stupid he is and grovel at her feet.

I was expecting more reunion moment reaction from her when she saw her dad XD but I guess now's not the time.
Also, how long has he been away from his family? I know he calls his wife and talks to her (based on what was shown before), but what about him and his daughter? Maybe they do talk enough? That's why she's pretty chill when he showed up...? meh.. I'm overthinking this...

Their communication is the worst XD but I'm still holding on hope that the author is also aware and will have it improved in time. Seems quite a show burner, this one.

I really like how this manga seem to portray the difference between female friendship and male friendship. When it's the girls having issues, they'd talk more and find the conclusion through blurting things out and communication etc. But with the boys, it's less talking but more...experiencing or seeing an example to finally find their conclusion.
Like, wanting to be a police man is a big deal and after the whole arc of it, it simply ended with him saying "I want to be a police officer" with the rest of the boys encouraging him seemingly nonchalantly yet they all knew how important it was for him to be able to share his (secret) dream. It's just...beautiful.

I kinda envy having such simple reasons to work. I work to make money to save up in case "something happens". I have problem spending for myself, but is willing to splurge for ppl that I care about. Which isn't 100% bad, but I hope to one day buy whatever I want without feeling guilty about it.

This hits hard. I closed my feelings a lot even if I like someone because I don't feel deserved of love. Then I met someone who released me from those fears. Hopefully Shizuka will get there soon.

I think the mom calling the dad was the first moment where I thought "oh he's not dead?!" And yet they still seem to make an emphasis, give a "ta da" vibe whenever dad shows up -- because it's mostly happened at the end of a chapter, it always feels like a reveal every time. I could just be reading too much into it.

To be honest, the Kyla plot arc was a bit boring to me and I kinda skimmed through. The romance plot (for every characters) are pretty slow with plot point purposefully put to complicate the pairings. Not a big fan of Leon/prince lying again. Even the mom's attitude towards the Baron is too cold that I forgot she actually returned his feelings at one point.But I AM still curious about where this would go.

While it's true that Tia is smart, but most of her current achievements are because she knows the future. So to give her credit for that feels kinda unfair. What about when she caught up with her past time? Will she be able to solve things as smugly as she is doing now?I'm assuming she'll be taken care of by the ppl she managed to get on her side by then, so she doesn't have to think by herself. Also, her "rival" is Vieze, a man who is purposefully written as incompetent, so there's no way he's going to be better than her.

So was the time travel caused by a demon to steal knowledge from the future? Coz even the demons speculate that maybe one of them did it. They didn't know why Freiren came back..?I really hope this isn't just some random flashback-but-not-really arc, and have the time travel actually affected the future (ie all the demon Freiren defeated previously now knows how to counter her).

Hmm, maybe I miss interpreted it then. He was just absent after his Rakugo failure, and I assumed he got sick and died, ran away and died, something of that line. Couldn't he not find a job nearby? (It looked like he's working from his outfit, so it's not like he's depressed and in hiding)

I kinda don't like that the story made it seemed like the dad is dead, but he actually isn't. He's been revealed to be alive a few times, and it's made to be a big twist. But like, why did he have to leave like that? Is it his job description as an MC's dad?
